45 Degrees Training

45 Degrees Training integrates martial arts into an athlete’s workout by focusing on the 45 degree angles.  Our training program is different than those before us because we not only focus on the angles but we train the entire body, including stabilizing the joints.  By having an athlete work on stabilization, we are making them stronger and faster which, in turn, makes them less prone to injuries. 

We offer various training programs to meet the needs of individuals so we are NOT the “cookie cutter” training program.  We work with all ages and fitness levels to achieve an individual’s goals while specializing in several sports.

  Football is our core business. We integrate multiple martial arts systems along with stabilization exercises into the training. By incorporating the use of 45 degree angles taught in martial arts, we build a players control and reaction time.
