Training is Only 10% Physical
Training is actually 90% MENTAL. You MUST have the motivation and focus on what you want. It's easier to train the body than it is the mind. We need to constantly be learning how to expand your limits. Limits are only something you put on yourself. To train mentally you must realize that if someone else has done it you can do it. Take the time to empower yourself. Surround yourself with positive people, people with similar interests and/or goals, and those that will be supportive of your goals and dreams whether they believe they are attainable or not. Reading motivational books or listening to motivation DVD's/CD's is a great way to open your mind and expand your horizons. You NEVER want to stop learning.
