Welcome to the 45 Degrees Training Blog!
Our concept at 45 Degrees Training is to integrate martial arts into an athlete’s workout by focusing on the 45 degree angles. Our training program is different than those before us because we not only focus on the angles but we train the entire body, including stabilizing the joints. By having an athlete work on stabilization, we are making them stronger and faster which, in turn, makes them less prone to injuries. We offer various training programs to meet the needs of individuals so we are NOT the “cookie cutter” training program. We work with all ages and fitness levels to achieve an individual’s goals while specializing in the area of football.
Through this blog we’ll discuss things that we know and feel passionately about like football, martial arts, awareness, education, physical activity, our services, players control, and reaction time, and much more! The mission for our blog is to share information that will help make everyone more productive and informed about football and martial arts training. We hope to get your thoughts on what is important to you, what you like about our blog and services, and where we need to improve. And through our discussions, we hope to deliver to you services that meet your needs.
